The weight loss cure is what most people in the world are looking for. Take a look around and you will notice that obesity has become some sort of a pandemic in our communities. Even though people have tried all kinds of weight loss cures and regimens available be it joining weight loss gyms or drinking some sort of diet shakes or even diet pills that work, the problem still exist. Yes there are solutions for weight loss that seem to work like Hoodia Pills which are the best diet pills, but not all people subscribe to taking pills as a weight loss cure.

I don’t know if you have come across Mr. Trudeau's infomercial about his weight loss cure book or not, but it got me thinking about whether it was indeed the weight loss cure we have all been waiting for. He introduces no new concept in that pharmaceuticals often provide prescription drugs for ailments that could easily be treated with other home remedies which have been in use for centuries.

Mr. Trudeau's “the weight loss cure” book introduces methods that will make you lose weight without actually using such things as pills, diet shakes or any things like those. It is easy to believe that these methods may actually work as he himself was once a very obese man, back in the day which is obvious to see that they have really worked for him.

The weight lose cure outlines claims that even Mr. Trudeau himself loss about 45 pounds in six weeks using his protocols. Amazing as it might seem but it is also claimed that this happened without any form of exercise. If you follow the protocols to completion you should also notice that your energy levels and metabolism might have increased and you will not feel hungry.

I certainly do not want to recommend anything on hardcopy to you as I am a firm believer in the ability of weight loss pills in reducing weight. But hey, if you can follow some simple instructions and hate popping pills then I think the weight loss cure ebook might not be a bad read after all for you.

Try the following program for about a month and see if it works wonders because it is supposed to result in weight loss, even while you sleep:

* You must ensure that you drink at least eight glasses of pure water everyday.

* It is usually beneficial to eat a massive breakfast.

* Don't consume diet sodas, high fructose corn syrups, MSG, hysrogenated oils, aspartame, artificial sweeteners, white sugar and flour, palm oils, diet food, soy protein isolates, artificial colorants, fast foods, dextrose, natural or artificial flavor, fructose, and any type foods that has ingredients you can't pronounce since it might be a dangerous substance for you.

* There are place you can get fresh and high quality organic foods that will help you in losing weight such as farmers markets and health food stores but you should always avoid brandname products from large food brands.

* You must not at all eat after six o'clock p.m.

* You should get in the habit of taking the unrefined virgin coconut oils which are 100% organic.

* You exercise self-control towards the edge of wanting to eat even though you are not feeling hungry.

* You can give in to one of your cravings in small quantities everyday.

* Make sure that you eat a lot of salads during lunch and dinner.
